Prompt

scary dragon, full body view, pencil doodle --chaos 30 --ar 16:9 --profile u9wgd9s vw9e8cw

After a few video tests, I noticed the character sizes were changing between generations, especially in the dragon scene. I first tried putting all three characters into a single image and using that as one reference to keep their relative scale consistent, but it did not work as well as I expected.

Since I was already building all the video prompts with ChatGPT, I gave it the character references and asked it to create a specific reference frame for each scene, based on a moment that would actually appear somewhere in the video. That gave me a much better way to control both character scale and the continuity of the drawing hand.

For the final generations, I used each scene-specific image as a visual reference together with the three-character image as the character reference, then generated the four videos separately.

Prompts for videos:

Part 1: Image1 is an intermediate keyframe from this video. During the drawing process, naturally reach the exact partial drawing state shown in, then continue from it.
Image2 defines the Man’s complete doodle appearance. Use only the Man from it. Ignore everything else in that image.

9:16 vertical video. Full-frame lightly textured white paper only. No desk, no table, no visible paper edges, no page corners. Locked perpendicular top-down camera.

Start on blank textured white paper.

A realistic human right hand holding a wooden graphite pencil enters and begins drawing the Man from scratch. Every new line grows visibly only from the moving pencil tip.

During the drawing process, naturally pass through the partial drawing state shown in Image A, with the same hand position, pencil placement and composition.

Continue until the full-body Man is complete, matching Image B. He faces screen-right.

The hand fully exits.

Only then does the Man come alive. He waits, grows impatient and starts reacting rebelliously to the unseen artist. He taps his foot, looks upward, spreads his arms in disbelief, points at himself as if asking “what now?”, folds his arms and lightly kicks the ground line.

Something beyond the RIGHT edge catches his attention. He leans forward, squints toward it, gives the unseen artist one last suspicious look, then walks right, accelerates into a run and exits completely through the RIGHT edge.

End on empty textured white paper with only the faint ground line remaining.

Flat monochrome graphite doodle animation only. Natural graphite scratches, paper rustle and tiny doodle footsteps. No dialogue. No BGM.

Part 2: Image1 is an intermediate keyframe from this video. During the Man’s entrance, naturally pass through the exact running pose and placement shown in.
Image2 defines the complete doodle appearances of the Man and Dragon. Use only the Man and Dragon from Image 2. Ignore everything else in that image.

9:16 vertical video. Full-frame lightly textured white paper only. No desk, no table, no visible paper edges, no page corners. Locked perpendicular top-down camera.

Start on blank textured white paper.

The Man runs INTO FRAME FROM THE LEFT edge, already fully drawn and moving toward screen-right. Do not draw him in this video.

During his entrance, naturally pass through the exact pose and screen placement shown in Image 1.

He slows near the left side and looks around suspiciously.

A realistic human right hand holding a wooden graphite pencil enters and begins drawing the Dragon from scratch on the center-right side. Every new line grows visibly only from the pencil tip.

The Man watches in disbelief. As the Dragon takes shape, he realizes what the artist is doing. He points angrily at the hand, backs away, throws both arms upward, stamps his foot and shakes his fist at the unseen artist.

The hand completes the Dragon, matching Image 2.

Then the hand moves near the Man’s feet and draws a simple sword directly onto the paper. The sword appears entirely through visible graphite strokes from the pencil tip.

The Man looks at the sword, then at the hand, with an exaggerated “seriously?” reaction.

The hand fully exits.

The Dragon comes alive and confronts him.

The Man reluctantly grabs the sword and fights. The Dragon snaps its jaws, sweeps its tail and guards with one wing. The Man dodges, blocks and counters. Mid-fight he briefly looks upward and angrily gestures toward the unseen artist before narrowly avoiding another attack.

He finally lands one decisive non-graphic strike. The Dragon slides backward, collapses prone and remains defeated.

The Man catches his breath, looks upward and gives an exhausted rebellious shrug. He lowers the sword, turns right and exits completely through the RIGHT edge.

Flat monochrome graphite doodle animation only. Natural graphite scratches, paper rustle, footsteps, wing flaps and sword clinks. No dialogue. No BGM.

Part 3: Image1 is an intermediate keyframe from this video. During the Princess drawing process, naturally reach the exact partial drawing state shown, then continue from it.

Image2 defines the complete doodle appearances of the Man and Princess. Use only the Man and Princess from Image 2. Ignore everything else in that image.

9:16 vertical video. Full-frame lightly textured white paper only. No desk, no table, no visible paper edges, no page corners. Locked perpendicular top-down camera.

Start on blank textured white paper.

A realistic human right hand holding a wooden graphite pencil enters and begins drawing the Princess from scratch near the center-right area. Every new line grows visibly only from the moving pencil tip.

During the drawing process, naturally pass through the partial Princess drawing shown in Image 1.

Continue until the Princess is fully complete, matching Image 2.

Without leaving, the hand begins drawing a cage around her.

As the bars appear, the Princess realizes what is happening and becomes increasingly rebellious. She points angrily at the pencil, pushes against the newly drawn bars and gestures at the unseen artist in disbelief.

The hand completes the cage with a clear door on the LEFT side and a clearly CLOSED latch. The door must be visibly shut when first drawn. Do not draw it open. The Princess must remain clearly locked inside the closed cage. Then the hand fully exits.

The Princess rattles the cage, folds her arms and gives an irritated upward glare.

The Man then RUNS INTO FRAME FROM THE LEFT edge, already fully drawn and carrying the sword. Do not draw him in this video.

He sees the Princess, rushes toward the cage and tries the closed door and latch. It will not open. He pulls harder, fails, then angrily gestures toward the unseen artist.

The Princess points insistently at his sword.

He realizes the obvious solution, looks slightly embarrassed and cuts the latch with one clear strike.

Only after the latch is cut does the cage door swing open for the first time.

The Princess steps completely outside the cage, turns upward and gives the unseen artist a triumphant defiant gesture.

The Man offers his hand. She takes it.

They run together toward screen-right and exit completely through the RIGHT edge.

Leave the empty open cage behind.

Flat monochrome graphite doodle animation only. Natural graphite scratching, paper rustle, cage rattling, footsteps and latch snap. No dialogue. No BGM.

Part 4: Image1 is an intermediate keyframe from this video. During the bench drawing process, naturally reach the exact drawing state shown in Image 1, then continue from it.

Image2 defines the complete doodle appearances of the Man and Princess. Use only the Man and Princess from Image 2. Ignore everything else in that image.

9:16 vertical video. The full 9:16 frame must remain unchanged for the entire video. Full-frame lightly textured white paper only. No desk, no table, no visible paper edges, no page corners. Locked perpendicular top-down camera.

Never crop, zoom, reframe, resize the canvas, change aspect ratio, create a new panel, create an inner frame, or transition into another composition. The video must remain the same fixed 9:16 paper canvas from beginning to end.

Start on blank textured white paper.

A realistic human right hand holding a wooden graphite pencil enters and begins drawing a simple ground line and small bench.

During the drawing process, naturally reach the exact bench-drawing state shown in Image 1.

Continue from there. The hand finishes the bench and adds a few tiny flowers and a simple small sun. Keep the page mostly empty and clean.

The hand fully exits.

After a beat, the Man and Princess RUN INTO FRAME TOGETHER FROM THE LEFT edge, already fully drawn and holding hands. Do not draw them in this video.

They slow near the bench and realize they are finally safe. The Man proudly poses like a heroic adventurer. The Princess finds his exaggerated pose amusing.

Then the realistic hand unexpectedly returns.

Both characters freeze and look suspiciously toward it.

The hand draws a small pencil heart floating above them.

The Princess becomes shy and amused. The Man instantly protests. He waves both hands, points angrily at the pencil, folds his arms and shakes his head as if telling the artist to stop.

The hand ignores him and draws several more small floating hearts around them.

The Man becomes increasingly rebellious, waving and shaking a fist at the artist while the Princess laughs.

The hand then draws one larger loose heart shape BEHIND and AROUND the couple as a simple doodle element on the same paper. It must not touch the frame edges and must not behave like a border, panel, window or new canvas. The existing 9:16 composition remains completely unchanged.

The hand exits.

The Man looks at the heart, looks at the Princess, then reluctantly shrugs as if admitting it is not that bad.

They sit together on the bench. The Princess leans gently toward him. The Man looks upward one last time and gives the unseen artist a tiny reluctant nod of approval.

End with the couple sitting happily on the bench, surrounded by small hand-drawn hearts, while the original full 9:16 textured white paper remains visible around them.

Flat monochrome graphite doodle animation only. Natural graphite scratching, subtle paper rustle and tiny doodle movement sounds. No dialogue. No BGM.
