DeepSeek投资宇树，双方将在AI和机器人上深度合作

宇树科技即将在科创板上市，发行价格为150.80元/股，发行数量4044.6434万股，占发行后总股本10%。在战略配售名单中，DeepSeek开发商杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司获配93.339万股，金额约1.41亿元。

在8月7日举行的网上投资者交流会上，宇树科技CEO王兴兴回应了DeepSeek投资事宜。他表示，根据双方签订的《战略合作备忘录》，双方将在三方面开展重点合作，涉及通用人工智能、高性能通用机器人以及AI大模型。

面向通用人工智能开展合作研发、高性能通用机器人方面深度合作、AI大模型方面开展深度合作。

王兴兴还透露，宇树科技2025年度不含轮式双臂机器人的人形机器人出货量已超5500台。他认为，随着行业技术进步、成本降低和应用场景拓展，未来几年人形机器人在工业制造、消费服务、公共服务等领域的渗透率将逐步提升。

Unitree is about to list on the STAR Market at an issue price of 150.80 yuan per share, with 40,446,434 shares offered, representing 10% of the post-issuance total share capital. DeepSeek's developer, Hangzhou DeepSeek AI Fundamental Research Co., Ltd., appears in the strategic placement list, receiving 933,390 shares worth approximately 141 million yuan.

At the online investor communication meeting held on August 7, Unitree CEO Wang Xingxing responded to DeepSeek's investment. He stated that according to the signed Strategic Cooperation Memorandum, the two parties will focus on cooperation in three areas, involving general artificial intelligence, high-performance general-purpose robots, and AI large models.

Conduct joint R&D for general AI, deep cooperation in high-performance general-purpose robots, and deep cooperation in AI large models.

Wang Xingxing also disclosed that Unitree shipped more than 5,500 humanoid robots in 2025, excluding wheeled dual-arm robots. He said that with industry technological progress, cost reduction, and expansion of application scenarios, the penetration of humanoid robots in industrial manufacturing, consumer services, and public services will gradually increase in the coming years.
